Took over as fractional CMO for a food manufacturer losing six figures monthly. Turned it profitable in under a year, in a declining market. Spearheaded the Aw Yeah brand launch, led acquisition of High Key snacks, and shifted the company from white-label co-man into a brand portfolio business.
From zero to nationwide in four years. Led the team that took Moon Cheese from concept to distribution across Starbucks, Costco, Target, Whole Foods, and Kroger. Steered through multiple crises to keep it alive and growing.
